We take the privacy of your business documents seriously. This summary explains, in plain terms, how VendorWise AI handles your data in this MVP.

What we store: your account details, business profile, compliance tasks, and the documents you upload. Documents are stored to power your vault, reminders and vendor packets.

Who can see your data: only members of your organisation and authorised platform staff who help operate the service (for example, to verify a payment). Documents are isolated per organisation and are not shared with other businesses.

Vendor packets: when you create a shareable vendor packet, anyone with the link can view the documents you included until the link expires or you delete the packet.

Your control: you can delete documents and packets at any time. To request deletion of your account, contact support@vendorwiseai.com.
